Hailing from outside of Utica, NY, Stephen fell in love with "Oldies" music as a kid. His favorite radio station growing up was “Oldiez 96”, an Upstate NY staple that rotated songs from artists like The Beatles, The Stones, The Beach Boys, The Temptations, Bob Dylan, Franki Valli and the Four Seasons, and more... His earliest memory of music is dancing around his living room, around age 2 or 3, to Rick Springfield’s “Jessie’s Girl” and Jerry Lee Lewis' “Great Balls of Fire”
